Jon Winslow
Jon Winslow is Global Portfolio Director for the Location Intelligence Business at Pitney Bowes Business Insight As Global Portfolio Director, Winslow is responsible for defining and marketing PBBI’s Location Intelligence applications, systems, and developer software. This software portfolio includes MapInfo Professional®, Stratus®, MapXtreme®, Vertical Mapper®, and Confirm®, among others.
An expert on the impact of location on consumer behaviour and business performance, Winslow is a twelve-year veteran of PBBI. Prior to the acquisition of MapInfo Corporation Inc by Pitney Bowes Inc. and the subsequent merger with Group 1 Software Inc., Winslow held the role of Director, Business Development at MapInfo Corporation Inc. with responsibility for developing and maintaining partnerships and alliances with global enterprise software organisations. Prior to this, as Director of Product Management for the integrated Geodemographic and Business Intelligence product lines, Winslow was instrumental in developing and implementing the company’s strategy and market expansion plans for predictive analytics, as well as the integration of the product lines’ location capabilities with business intelligence platforms.
Before joining PBBI, Winslow worked at Claritas Inc. During his tenure at Claritas, Winslow managed business relationships with Claritas GIS business partners, including ESRI, Intergraph and MapInfo Corporation.

Tom Myers
As Global Product Manager at Pitney Bowes Business Insight, Mr. Myers has responsibility for PBBI’s location intelligence development tools including MapXtreme 2008 and MapInfo Developer. Mr. Myers has been with PBBI for over ten years and in previous roles he has served as both technical manager and lead developer of Internet services based on the products he now manages. Prior to joining PBBI, he ran a successful IT Solutions firm for several years. Prior to that, he held positions at the University of Washington, the University at Albany, as well as Rockefeller College. Mr. Myers started his career as a NASA funded analyst with the Consortium for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN) where he helped pioneer the integration of geographic information systems with Web based technology, predating the availability of commercial off the shelf products. He has graduate degrees in Land Use Planning (MRP) and Geography (MA) and has over 18 years of industry experience. Tom can be reached at Tom.Myers@pb.com.
Moshe Binyamin
Moshe Binyamin is a Global Product Manager at Pitney Bowes Business Insight. He is responsible for global product line direction, market position and revenue performance of the MapInfo Professional product line. He joined MapInfo in 1996 and has held both engineering and management positions. In addition, Mr. Binyamin has also headed MapInfo’s Product Release and Standards group where he helped establish consistent guidelines for product development practices. Moshe Binyamin received his training from the IDF (Israeli Armed Forces) and holds a degrees in Computer Science and Applied Science (Laser Electro Optics). Tom Citriniti
Tom Citriniti has been with Pitney Bowes Business Insight for 12 years as a development lead for MapInfo Professional, and one of the main architects for MapXtreme 2008 SDK. Tom is currently a Product Evangelist, and spends most of his time conveying how best to utilize Pitney Bowes Business Insight products in enterprise solutions. Tom, who has a Masters Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, specializes in distributed architectures and enterprise deployments of spatial applications. Minna Lunney
Minna Lunney is a Software Support Engineer within PBBI’s Global Technical Support organization, and assists external customers in use, troubleshooting, enhancement, and development of several Enterprise Java offerings. These include MapXtreme Java, Envinsa, MapMarker Plus Server, and Routing J Server. Ms. Lunney is also the Tech Support Product Lead for MapXtreme Java, and works on most of the escalated issues for that product. She has been with PBBI since 2006, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
